Business Development Property Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)



Responsibilities:

* Identify new markets for potential business opportunities based on feasibility study
* Collect market data (supply & demand)
* Survey market location directly
* Make good relationship to internal & external department
* Provide information by relevant methods internally and externally.



Requirements:

* Age 25 - 35
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Economics, Marketing, Architecture, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in property consultant.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
